Ingredients
- Rice (steamed) – 2 cup (250 grams)
- Oil – 1 table spoon
- Curry leaves – 1 string
- Mustered seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
- Green chilies (chopped) – 3 to 4 numbers
- Onion (chopped) – 1 number
- Turmeric – 1/2 tea spoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Sugar – 1 tea spoon
- Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 table spoon
Instructions
- Heat Oil in a kadhai and add mustered seeds, cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Then add curry leaves, green chilies and onion into it.
- Saute till onion turns to translucent, then add turmeric and saute.
- Then add steamed rice and mix well.
- Now add sugar and salt as per taste, saute for another 5 mins.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
